Dynaswing training bats are designed specifically for training purposes only and should not be used in games. While wood bats are generally allowed in leagues, Dynaswing bats are built to be slightly heavier than game bats (Standard Model is drop-4, Advanced Model is drop-2) with a reinforced aluminum core for the Dynamic Core Technology. These bats are meant to build muscle memory and improve mechanics during practice, then you'll transition to your regular game bat for actual competition.

This includes tee work, soft toss, front toss, and even live batting practice. The Standard Model is perfect for players of average size/skill/bat speed. It's great for fixing bat path, eliminating bat drag, and feels only slightly heavier than a game bat due to the moving weight keeping it balanced. The Advanced Model is for above-average players with elite bat speed who want more upper body strength development and noticeably more resistance.

We recommend 3-4 training sessions per week with 50-75 quality swings per session. Always allow rest days between sessions to prevent overuse. Many players incorporate Dynaswing work into their regular batting practice routine during dry swings, tee work, or soft toss.
